Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Upryte Android app or website. By using Upryte, you agree to use it responsibly and understand the limits of camera-based fitness tracking.
Fitness information, not medical advice
Upryte provides workout tracking and informational movement insights. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, physical therapist, or personal trainer. Do not use it to diagnose, treat, or prevent an injury or medical condition. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have an injury, symptoms, or health concern.
Camera assessment limitations
Rep counts and movement insights depend on factors including exercise support, device capability, lighting, framing, clothing, and obstructions. Upryte does not guarantee that every repetition will be counted or that every set can be assessed. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
Acceptable use
- Use the app only where placing and viewing a phone is safe.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- Do not use Upryte in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
- Keep responsibility for your device, surroundings, and exercise choices.
Availability and third-party services
Features and supported exercises may change as the app develops. Distribution through Google Play is also subject to Google’s terms and availability. Upryte may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Upryte is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Questions about these terms can be sent to upryte1@gmail.com.
