How it works

From camera setup to a finished workout log.

Upryte turns a supported camera workout into a structured record in four clear steps—while keeping pose processing on your Android device.

1. Start with a goal-based plan

Choose your training goal, experience level, available equipment, and preferred session length. Upryte creates a weekly starting plan that you can edit rather than locking you into a fixed routine.

2. Set up the camera

Select a supported exercise and follow the setup guidance. Place your phone on a stable surface with the relevant joints visible, and check the preview before you begin. Lighting, distance, and obstructions affect what any camera tracker can see.

3. Complete the set

On-device pose estimation follows the visible movement and counts completed and partial repetitions for supported exercises. Camera processing happens on your phone; you do not need a wearable or account to record the workout.

4. Review the result

The workout summary records duration and rep results in your local history. When visibility is sufficient, Upryte may identify possible movement patterns that repeated during the workout. If a set cannot be assessed reliably, the app says so.
