If you are using Upryte through a partner clinic, your designated Physical Therapist may access your exercise adherence and form scores via our Clinician Dashboard to improve your care.

We retain your account information and movement data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated movement data at any time

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transmitted between your app and our secure servers. Your movement data is stored in encrypted databases with strict access controls.

The Upryte mobile app does not use cookies. We may use anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve app performance and user experience. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

Upryte does not display third-party advertisements within the app.

Upryte is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of Upryte after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
